TEX MEX BBQ SPARE RIBS WITH GRILLED CORN SALSA

Ingredients: NZ Gourmet Gift Creamy Texan Moppin BBQ Sauce 1kg pork spare ribs |

Combine NZ Gourmet Gift Texan Moppin BBQ Sauce, honey & chilli powder in a large bowl; add ribs, mix well. Cover & refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Place ribs in disposable baking dish. Cook in covered barbeque, using indirect heat for approx. 45 mins or until ribs are tender. During cooking, brush ribs occasionally with pan juices. Meanwhile, cook corn on heated oiled grill plate, uncovered, until tender. When cool enough to handle, cut kernels from cobs. Place kernels in medium bowl with remaining ingredients; toss salsa gently to combine. Serve with pork spare ribs. |
