Nanna's Devonshire Tea Scones

Set your oven to 220 degrees.

Measure out 5 cups self raising flour and sift into bowl. Add a pinch of salt as you sift the flour.  Fold in 300ml of cold liquid cream and then add 300ml of lemonade.  Keep folding the mixture together until the flour is all mixed in.  Put onto a floured board and cut into desired sizes and brush with milk.

Put them into the oven for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown (turn the tray once during cooking).

Cut the scones in half, spread with butter, Wild Raspberry & Feijoa Jam or 

Strawberry, Elderflower & Ginger Jam

and add a big dollop of whipped cream on top - delicious!!!
